We're proud to work in partnership with H2 Software as their implementation partner for Dr Workload - a fit-for-purpose workload management system for higher education. It gives university departments the tools to manage and analyse workload: a visual interface for matching faculty to course units, what-if scenarios to model changes to workload tariffs, and a staff-student ratio simulator showing the precise impact of staffing or student-number changes. We support institutions through implementation to make sure it's genuinely embedded, not just switched on.
